Preparation

Steeping Tea

1. Place the lid upside down. Put desired amount of tea into the infuser.
2. Gently pour hot water over tea. Allow tea to brew for the desired length of time.
3. Take the infuser out and place on the lid. Enjoy the flavor and aroma or your fresh cup of tea.
   NOTE: Removable infuser enables you to control strength of the tea. To stop the brewing cycle, simply remove infuser from the teapot and place lid back on the teapot.
4. Pour tea into teacup and enjoy your fresh cup of tea.

To pour, hold infuser handle with your thumb while tilting the teapot to pour.

Care Instructions

• Dishwasher-safe.
• Do not put teapot on flame or heating element.
• Let boiling water settle about 15-20 seconds before pouring.
• Use caution when handling hot water.
• Use baking soda dissolved in warm water to clean tea stain as needed.
